FAQ FOR LANDLORDS

Properties
We are always on the lookout for more properties to take under our wing. We accept all different types of properties that meet our criteria, and the best way for us to decide this is to visit it.

Once we visit the property, you will know shortly if we are able to take it under our management. We work fast, so there will be no long, daunting waiting times for you. If your property meets our criteria, we will make you an offer the same day. We will work fairly throughout to ensure that everyone is happy, meaning we will give you support by offering clarification on anything that may not be clear to you.

Agreements
We offer contracts that effectively make us your tenants, so you only have us to deal with. We generally only offer long term agreements meaning that you will not have to think about finding new tenants any time soon.

We offer security like no other. You will receive guaranteed rent from us directly, whether the property is occupied or not. If our company ceases to exist, we will divert all rents received by us directly to you.

Fees
We are transparent and always open, so you don't have to worry about any hidden fees! Once we agree on a rent price, this will remain the same throughout the term of the contract, even if the market price fluctuates.

Our services
Our passion is property management, and our services are the best! We will manage everything from maintenance to looking for occupants. If you have certain preferences relating to third parties that we use, we are happy to use them as long as their prices are reasonable and not above average rate.

If any changes or modifications have been made to your property, we will give you the option to keep them or reinstate the property back to its original state, when our contractual term comes to an end.

We will make sure that your property remains in good condition and meets our standards throughout our agreement by carrying out regular inspections, and we will always keep you in the loop.

FAQ for Tenants

What is included?
All of our properties are fully furnished and with WiFi. We even take care of the details like kettles and microwaves! We want your stay to be as easy and comfortable as possible, so if you have any extra requirements, just let us know.

What kind of agreements do you offer?
We provide flexible and fair agreements and our terms are simple and clear. We give you an option of how long you wish to stay with us for; which can be from a period of one week to one year.

Once you decide, a deposit will be payable, once this is done, you will get your key and you can move in!

What is the policy on cancellations?
You can cancel your agreement at any time, subject to the terms and conditions. Please make sure you read your agreement carefully and seek legal advice if necessary.

Can I have pets?
Unfortunately not. We are committed to keeping up the standard of our properties, and therefore do not allow pets.
